The Encompass System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, stability, security, and optimization of the organization’s Encompass loan origination ecosystem. This role owns the platform end‑to‑end — including administration, workflow design, integrations, user support, compliance alignment, and vendor coordination — ensuring that Encompass operates as a reliable, audit‑clean, high‑availability system for all lending operations. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, operational discipline, and mortgage‑domain awareness to deliver a stable, predictable, and scalable LOS environment.
This is a full-time role based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an opportunity for hybrid work after successful onboarding. Approved hybrid work schedule is a minimum of three (3) days in office with the ability of working two (2) days from home.

- 3–5+ years of experience administering Encompass in a mortgage lending environment.
- Strong understanding of mortgage workflows, loan file structure, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Encompass Admin Tools, Personas, Business Rules, Encompass Web, Input Form Builder, and eFolder configuration.
- Familiarity with Encompass SDK, APIs, or ICE Developer Connect (preferred but not required).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems and vendors.
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Optimal Blue PPE, product eligibility, and pricing integrations.
- Knowledge of Encompass TPO Connect or Consumer Connect.
- SQL, Power Shell, or scripting experience for automation and reporting.
- Experience supporting compliance, QC, and audit workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
- Thinks like an operator — anticipates failure modes and designs for stability.
- Balances speed with compliance and audit cleanliness.
- Communicates clearly with both technical and non‑technical teams.
