Marketing​/Customer Service Representative

The Reed Devall Agency with Shelter Insurance is a leading provider of insurance solutions, offering a wide range of products including life, auto, home, and commercial insurance.

Seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently to join the agency to connect clients with their insurance needs as well as provide exceptional customer service while earning competitive compensation.

• Promote and sell insurance policies to potential clients
• Generate leads through networking, direct mail, digital marketing, and phone
• Educate clients on various insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
• Agency Social Media Marketing
• Provide customer support to policyholders(general insurance questions, assist with claims, etc.)
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and policy changes
• Valid Insurance Licenses or obtain within 60 days of hire. Agency will pay for materials and exam.

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses(agency paid)
