Location:
Federal Programs Department, Lincoln Public Schools.
Will interpret and translate for Lincoln Public Schools, working closely with the Early Childhood Department and preK-12 students, families, and teachers. Candidates must have proficient oral communication skills (or both oral and written as required), be culturally sensitive and knowledgeable, and maintain confidentiality of information.
Must successfully complete the Language Proficiency Evaluation prior to being added to the listing.
Salary is $28.33 per hour. salary pending board approval.
Job Requirements- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
- Must complete Language Proficiency Evaluation.
- Veterans preference applies.
- Current employees of Lincoln Public Schools may also be considered for this position as an additional assignment.
