As a Veterans Disability Payment Assistant, you will support our billing operations by helping track VA payments, match deposit documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
This role is critical to helping Veterans receive the legal services they deserve without delay or confusion.
- Monitoring systems to help identify VA payments to clients
- Matching deposits to appropriate documents in client files
- Assisting with tasking attorneys and case managers to initiate billing processes
- Supporting coordination with the business office for timely issuance of bills
- Providing assistance with client billing inquiries
- Following established billing and collections procedures
