Job Duties
You will determine stock levels, conduct physical inventories, and replenish specialized NROTC materials, including military uniforms, textbooks, and IT equipment.
You will maintain accurate property management records, process supply transaction documents, and investigate and resolve stock discrepancies or non-deliveries.
You will research logistics databases to source cost-effective supplies, execute complex requisitions, and resolve transaction rejects and errors.
You will execute micro-purchases using the Government Purchase Card (GCPC), manage OPTAR funds, maintain detailed accounts, and ensure compliance with DOD procurement guidelines.
You will validate and process student tuition, registration fees, and vendor invoices utilizing Wide Area Work-Flow (WAWF) and FASTDATA.
You will serve as the Defense Travel System (DTS) Manager, arranging travel and processing claims for military staff, civilians, and midshipmen.
You will oversee the unit's GSA vehicle fleet, maintain key control, and coordinate university facility usage and parking logistics.
You will safely lift, transport, and issue supplies and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
