Buyer ​/ Purchaser — Commercial Cabinet Shop

Lincoln, NE | Full-Time Buyer / Purchaser to manage material procurement and keep our inventory running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that combines desk work (purchasing, ERP data entry) with physical work (receiving, stocking, and shop support).

• Create and track purchase orders for project materials using our Innergy ERP system
• Source materials, compare pricing, and place orders with vendors and suppliers
• Receive incoming shipments — unload trucks, inspect deliveries, and verify orders against POs
• Label and enter received materials into inventory accurately and promptly
• Maintain organized, accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Pull and stage materials to fulfill work orders for the shop floor
• Deliver materials to the shop floor to keep production on schedule
• Identify shortages or discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors or the project team

• Experience with purchasing, inventory management, or materials coordination (cabinet, millwork, or construction industry a plus)
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory software (Innergy experience is a big plus, but not required — we can train the right person)
• Comfortable with physical work: unloading trucks, moving materials, and being on your feet on the shop floor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask between office/computer work and warehouse duties
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player

• Key role with real ownership over purchasing and inventory
• Pay is $21.50/hour.
• Pay for qualified Innergy, Cabinet/Millwork Experience, or Purchasing experience is $24/hour
