Position Summary- Support a Vendor Contract Lifecycle Management (VCLM) implementation through contract review, data preparation, validation, and procurement support activities. This consultant will help prepare contract data for migration while assisting the Procurement team with contract analysis, negotiation support, and administrative workload.
- Review supplier and vendor contracts for migration readiness.
- Extract and validate contract terms, dates, obligations, and key metadata.
- Prepare and cleanse contract data for VCLM implementation.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
- Support contract administration and negotiation activities.
- Track renewals, amendments, and contract milestones.
- Analyze and validate contract data using Excel.
- Partner with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders.
- 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, contract management, or contract administration experience.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing commercial contracts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Contract migration, data validation, or data cleansing experience.
- Experience with Coupa CLM, Icertis, Ariba Contracts, Sirion, or similar tools.
- Supplier/vendor management or strategic sourcing background.
