Logistics Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Tariff classification of product for both import and export purposes
- Support and maintain Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operation and compliance program
- Prepare and compile reports for submission to various federal agencies
- Conduct internal audits to ensure that the company is in compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations
- Support of the company's CTPAT program; including overall supply chain risk analysis
- Analysis of parts and finished goods for free trade agreement eligibility (USMCA, etc.)
- Analyze requirements, procedures and problems to identify improvement opportunities
- Communicate with all levels of the organization, freight companies, customs brokers, government agencies, and suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain
- Review and analyze trends and anomalies that can be used to identify supply chain improvements and communicate information to appropriate individuals and entities, both internal and external
- Plan and/or conduct projects related to cost or compliance improvements
- Assist other departments with shipping or receiving transactions
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, international logistics, and/or supply chain operations.
- Focus on tariffs experience is preferred.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, transportation, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with foreign trade is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
