Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all Lincoln Starcrest Operations.
- Drive Volume through True Service;
Control Labor with Efficiency. - Intentionally work on Operations with the owner and leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Honesty.
- General competence; no degree requirements.
- Experience successfully leading people in work, sports, or some other facet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mechanical knowledge/experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation corresponds directly to performance of the operations the OM is leading. When the OM leads operations to meet or exceed expectations, OM compensation will be in the top 10% of Nebraska incomes.
- Competitive starting base salary for initiation period.
- Addition of profit sharing after the initiation period.
