Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all Lincoln Starcrest Operations.
• Drive Volume through True Service;
  Control Labor with Efficiency.
• Intentionally work on Operations with the owner and leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Honesty.
• General competence; no degree requirements.
• Experience successfully leading people in work, sports, or some other facet.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  Mechanical knowledge/experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation corresponds directly to performance of the operations the OM is leading. When the OM leads operations to meet or exceed expectations, OM compensation will be in the top 10% of Nebraska incomes.

• Competitive starting base salary for initiation period.
