As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

Operating Director – Grand Island, NE, Full-time.

• Manage and lead the branch independently, with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and schedule staff; monitor shift coverage and on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profit & loss statements.
• Create a workplace of choice by incentivizing, motivating, and setting a positive team culture.

• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Success in meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
