The Carrier Manager position at Reliant Transportation is a full-time role responsible for managing freight execution and developing carrier relationships within an assigned region. Focused on execution, relationship-building, and results, Carrier Managers cover loads, negotiate carrier rates, and recruit and retain carrier partners to meet regional volume and margin goals. In addition to day-to-day operations, this position supports the bulk division and requires a deep understanding of carrier businesses to offer tailored solutions and drive long-term growth.

Your Role:
- Cover loads in your assigned region
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment execution
- Negotiate competitive rates to maximize margins
- Drive regional load volume and profit goals
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain a reliable carrier network
- Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced work environment
- Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships and market expertise
- Become an expert in the McLeod transportation management system
