Kenl Inn - Customer Relations Manager

The Customer Service Manager manages all Customer Relations staff, fulfilling management responsibilities aligned with KENL INN policies and applicable laws. Work includes coordinating front office activities, schedules, retail inventory, training, coaching / counseling, and work to resolve complaints and issues as needed. This role assigns duties to staff on the team and observes performance to ensure adherence to KENL INN policies and established operating procedures, and quality and safety standards.

This work requires a friendly demeanor, cheerful outlook, and ability to work with the public consistently.

Full-Time Position

40 hours/week
5-day week

Ability to work until 7:30 PM if needed and weekends

Flexible days off

Overtime may be required during peak season

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred or two-year related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of pet care or pet handling experience is desirable, yet not mandatory.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing with team and clients.
  • Computer skills are mandatory and experience in Quick Books and or finance
  • Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with vendors and ancillary personnel companies.
  • Ability to effectively perform and lead a team of (8) with office management.
  • Ability to observe safety and security procedures.
  • Skilled at working with a diverse group of customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and maintain positive working relationships with all employees and departments.
  • Strong supervisory skills
