KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management

The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $213,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, subject to applicable plan terms and company policies.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within the energy or building automation sector with ESPC or EPC delivery models
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to manage complex customer programs
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align programs with business goals
- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including risk management and issue resolution
- Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing energy or building automation programs with solar energy components
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive program success
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
