Welder & CNC Machine Operator – $25/Hour – Start ASAP

As a Welder, you will be tasked with welding and fabricating structural and miscellaneous members, including columns, beams, trusses, vertical and horizontal bracing, stairs, rails, ladders, and frames. You should have the ability to MIG weld, read blueprints, and input layouts for machines while being capable of lifting 50+ pounds.

Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator responsible for processing major materials including beams, columns, plate work, and angles. You will utilize advanced machinery such as the Peddinghaus drill line and saw, Peddinghaus Angle Master, Bend‑Tech Dragon pipe plasma machine, and Prostar plasma table.

• Passing a Horizontal 2G weld test in the GMAW process.
• 6+ months of experience in welding structural components.
• Job tenure of 6 months to 1 year in most recent roles.
• Punctuality and reliability in attendance.
• Ability to remain on feet for the entire workday.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Capability to lift over 50 pounds.
• 6+ months experience in reading blueprints and using a tape measure.
• 6+ months of hand tool experience.
• 6+ months of hand welding experience (non‑production).

• A minimum of 6 months CNC machine operating experience.
• Experience in a sheet metal or structural steel environment for at least 6 months.
• Job tenure of 6 months to 1 year in the most recent job or positions with 1+ year tenure.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours per day.
• Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

This is a fully onsite position in Lincoln, NE.
