Expert on NCP on Machining process 3-5 Axis

Good Aweness of G code and M code

CATIA V5 - Generative Shape Design, Part design and Fixture Design, Assembly Design and Advanced Machining

NCSIMUL is Mandatory and Vericut is optional

Good Awareness Aluminium/Hard metal behavior & properties Knowledge.

Knowledge of CNC Machines:
Understand the types of CNC machines

Blueprint Reading:
Interpret drawings, and technical specifications to understand part requirements and dimensions.

Tooling Selection:
Select the right cutting tools, drills, end mills, and other tooling based on the material and machining requirements

Time Management:
Efficiently plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize machine utilization

Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures to verify that machined parts meet design specifications and quality standards.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of programs, tooling setups, and machining parameters for future reference and quality assurance.

Knowledge on Manufacturing engineering Process Method and Tools in Airbus Context

SAP consulting (for NCP)

Define requirements of NC Programming to Jigs and Tools

Specify and Qualify Machines and System, Check and secure adherence of NCP Programming requirements.

Prepare the programming task (work on NC Programming specification etc.) and perform a programming review to agree the way of programming.

Create and simulate the NC Program for machining

Create and simulate the NC Program Documentation MOI (Manufacturing and PVF)

Test the NC Program & Qualify the NC Program via part qualification.

Perform a final review of the program in term of the requirements of the NCP specification

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

B. E Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering

Based on the activity project, travel will be requested.
