* General Labor Production - $19/Hour - WEEKLY PAY*
Join our team as a General Labor Production worker where your primary responsibility will be maintaining cleanliness in your assigned area. You will be an integral part of our operations by loading and unloading grain cars, operating wheel loaders, and handling grain and feed. Your role will also involve utilizing our computer systems for data processing and assisting the maintenance team as needed.
Responsibilities- Shovel and scoop grain dust to keep the area clean.
- Load and unload grain cars.
- Operate wheel loaders efficiently.
- Utilize the computer system to process data.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, dusting, and shoveling to keep equipment clean.
- Assist the maintenance team as required.
- Help with railcar loading and unloading.
- Handle grain and feed effectively.
- Minimum of 6+ months in an outdoor position exposed to elements like dust and dirt.
- 1 year of general labor experience in an industrial setting.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours a day.
- Capability to work at heights of 10 feet, particularly on grain bins with grated floors.
- No allergies to soybeans.
- Experience in farming, ranching, or construction.
- Skills in operating agricultural equipment.
- Experience with cleaning, maintenance repair, loading and unloading trucks.
- General labor skills in production, warehouse packing, and landscaping.

This is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
