The role involves fabricating and assembling varied products, performing equipment setup, and maintaining a clean work environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma and preferably 1-2 years of winding experience. The starting hourly rate is $29.22 plus a shift premium of $1.75 after moving to the 2nd shift.
