Into Metal is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer.

• Drives improvements in their area of focus to minimize waste and reduce lead-time through the process.
• Understands the talents and skills of our people, the capabilities of our equipment and the opportunities to improve Safety, Quality and Productivity to help the company consistently move forward.
• Utilizes continuous improvement methods to identify waste, train people to see waste, and drive waste from each process.

Into Metal is a family owned contract metal fabrication shop that delivers on time and high quality parts to both small and large companies in a diverse market. Into Metal is growing at a steady pace and is continually looking to bring in talented individuals as well as state of the art equipment.

Kinney Manufacturing strives to keep things simple. Some parts we produce have critical tolerance and very precise applications, but they are still a metal part. Based on this, we always need to keep our activities in perspective. We expect our team members to come to work each day with the expectation of working safely, making good quality parts and being productive.
