Cnc Machinist

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Set up CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines by loading raw materials, configuring tools, and preparing fixtures and work holding devices.;
Program or load machining instructions, including G and M codes, to define cutting paths, speeds, and feed rates for efficient and accurate production.;
Operate CNC and manual equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, shears, drill presses, and other shop equipment to cut, turn, and shape parts according to engineering specifications.;
Interpret blueprints, detailed prints, tolerances, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure parts meet design requirements.;
Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other gauges to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
