Nuclear Operations and Communications Analyst The Opportunity
As a program and project management specialist, you will support a project from concept to completion, ensuring it remains on a productive path. You will implement and maintain organizational programs in support of a USSTRATCOM client, help with tactical planning using tools such as MS Project, Project Web Application (PWA) or Project Online, and interact regularly with Booz Allen teammates, clients, Project Managers and Systems Engineers.
Effective communication is critical to keep the program on schedule and maintain quality standards. Your role will influence meaningful missions while you develop and maintain program strategy.
Ensure the key objectives for our USSTRATCOM client are accomplished within budget while improving warfighter capabilities.
You Have- 3+ years of experience building and managing program schedules or project schedules
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to assess schedules and project control data critically and communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to stakeholders, including project leadership and clients
- Ability to create and present executive‑level reports, presentations, and deliverables that reflect risks, opportunities, and status to effectively communicate to key stakeholders
- Ability to use Microsoft Project to coordinate, summarize, analyze, and maintain the master schedule
- TS/SCI clearance
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical audiences, including client delivery
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI‑SP) certification

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
Work Model- Remote:
If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. - Hybrid:
If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility. - Onsite:
If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
