Join the food manufacturing industry in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, factory type role. This position will operate in our cold storage warehouse on 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm). The base wage starts at $17.00 per hour plus a differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Gear is provided for cold conditions.

• Follow the operations tasks directed by the supervisor
• Communicate and execute work assignments to meet set expectations by department and customer requirements
• Assist all staff and departments such as supervisors, support staff, leadership, and front-line employees
• Communicate with internal team to address needs
• Prepare duty-related paperwork
• Escalate work-related and interpersonal issues to leadership as needed
• Perform quality checks and report failures to supervisor

• High School Diploma / GED required
• Preferred: experience using warehouse management and inventory systems
• Preferred: experience with refrigeration, warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments
• Preferred: experience with computers and Microsoft Office
• Preferred: experience following safety procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential overtime, weekends and different work schedules
• Effective communication in English
• Basic mathematical calculation ability
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

This largely static role involves standing and repetitive bending. Ability to lift 10‑35 lbs. repeatedly and up to 45 lbs. occasionally is required. The role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (between 38 and
-20 degrees Fahrenheit). Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for the duration of the shift.

Universal Pure facilities may process, pack, or store products containing allergenic food ingredients. Team members must be able to work with these ingredients.
