Join the manufacturing, production, and warehouse team in a factory setting. This position operates in our cold storage warehouse with gear provided for cold conditions.

• 1st Shift – 7:00 am–3:30 pm, M‑F
• 2nd Shift – 3:30 pm–12:00 am, M‑F

• 1st Shift – 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

The Production Team Member follows direction from the line lead and shift supervisor, rotating down the line throughout the shift.

• Packing and unpacking product
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
• Stacking and building pallets
• Labeling and code dating product
• Sanitation duties as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Refrigeration, warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
• Forklift (MHE) experience
• Basic mental math skills
• English communication skills (speak, read, write)
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Teamwork skills
• Work in a cold/wet environment
• Lift 10–35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally
• Pushing or pulling up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally
• Stand 10–12 hour shifts

• Cold/wet refrigerated environment (~34 °F) for 10–12 hours a day
• Static role with standing and occasional repetitive bending

Universal Pure may process, pack, and store products containing allergenic ingredients. Team members in contact with these ingredients must be able to work with them.
