MWI Direct is seeking a Finishing Operator to join their team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role involves operating MBO folding machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality direct mail materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and mechanical skills along with the ability to perform routine maintenance and quality checks.
This is a 2nd shift position. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and preferably prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and time management skills are also essential for success in this dynamic role.
