- Starting at $20.00+ per hour

As a Trailer Assembler, you will help build aluminum commodity hopper trailers from the ground up. This hands‑on position offers variety and the satisfaction of seeing a finished trailer come together.
- Assemble trailer components using blueprints and digital work instructions
- Measure and fit aluminum components accurately
- Drill holes and install fasteners
- Operate hand tools, air tools, and power tools
- Install rivets (air hammer experience is a plus, but we provide training)
- Inspect your work for quality and accuracy
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative production team
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with your hands
- Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and digital work instructions
- Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for up to 9 hours per shift
- Able to climb ladders and work safely at heights when needed
