Job Title

Pay: $18.60/hr + $1.50/hr attendance bonus

2nd shift receives a $2 shift differential

Hours:

Monday – Friday, occasional weekend work

1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or upon completion of assigned work

2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am or upon completion of assigned work

Summary:

This position is responsible for trimming rejected product before and after going through the x-ray machine to meet the necessary Final Product Standards (FPS) requirements.

• Trim rejected product for FPS compliance
• Follow procedures for salvage and reprocessing
• Capture and record all required data
• Other duties as assigned, inclusive but not limited to trayline traying and debone support as needed.

• High School or equivalent preferred
• 6 months of production experience preferred

• Must be able to communicate effectively
