• Have strong opinions about forklifts, pallet sizes, or where tools should live
• Asks “what problem are we actually trying to solve?” at least once a day
• Know the difference between theory and Tuesday on the shop floor
• Understand that onboarding is a retention strategy, not an HR formality
• Have helped a plant go from “held together by heroes” to “runs on systems”
