Assembles fabricated parts from relatively small or light components to completed units.

Hourly

• Use hands, hand tools, and small power tools to assemble units.
• Operate both manual and energy powered cutting equipment.
• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions to perform the functions of the job.
• Maintain high attention to detail and dexterous use of hands and fingers to assemble units.
• Perform final inspection of completed assemblies.
• Package completed assemblies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of parts and finished goods.
• Operate a forklift.
• Participate in root cause analysis on quality issues.
• May come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
• Commit to environmental responsibility and proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, and hazardous waste.
• Perform any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' beliefs and drivers.

Area Leader.

Education and/or

Experience:

Expected — High School Diploma or Equivalent;
Six months related experience or training. Preferred — One-year experience or related training.

• Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Possesses the knowledge and ability to use different measuring tools such as pi tape and measuring tape.

• Category B — Medium Labor Intensive; must be able to perform physical functions equivalent to Category
  
  B.
• Perform physical activities ranging from 0–25%, 26–50%, 51–75%, and 76–100% of work activity.
• Regular exposure to uncomfortable conditions.
• Personal Protective Equipment required.
• Frequent indoor work; frequent outdoor work.
• Machine interfacing.
• Computer interfacing.
• Exposure to hot weather, cold weather, and high humidity.
• Electrical hazards, dirty and dusty environments, steam, fumes/vapor, noise.
• Chemical exposure, toxic chemicals, fire hazards, potential confined workspace.
• Awkward or minimized workspace.
• Walking, stooping, bending, sitting, typing, balancing, reaching, continuous standing.
• Climbing (catwalk, steps, ladders, etc.).
• Carrying < 50lbs; lifting < 75lbs; pushing or pulling < 75lbs.
• Squatting, pressing, pulling, working at waist-shoulder or above shoulder level, or high far reach positions.
