Will support operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numeric controlled (CNC) press brake equipment.

- Configure, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to specifications.
- Select, install, and align the correct punches and dies for each specific job.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, flat patterns, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Perform first piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
- Identify machine errors, calculate bend allowances, and make necessary digital or mechanical adjustments to correct dimensional deviations.
- Perform daily routine maintenance on the press brake and tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area strictly adhering to 5S principles, OSHA regulations, and internal safety protocols.
- Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

Technical certificate or other relevant post-secondary education.
Experience/
Skills:
- Preferred:
Experience setting up a CNC press brake in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools and gauges. Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Communication
Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to read and analyze technical procedures.
Other
Skills:
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
