Duties and Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, feeds, and machining processes for each job.
• Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary program or machine adjustments.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Monitor tool wear and replace or adjust tooling as needed.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and job documentation.
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production team members to improve machining processes.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
