Timpte in Lincoln, NE is seeking an experienced Production Area Leader for Weld/Powder Coat at our BRAND NEW Lincoln Manufacturing Center. You will supervise manufacturing personnel, train staff, and drive safety, quality and productivity in the Fabrication department.
As Area Leader, you will read blueprints, coordinate daily schedules and coordinate with teams to apply Timpte Production Systems for efficient output and cost control while maintaining a safe workplace at our growing facility.
