About the Company
A well-established manufacturer in the Lincoln, NE area is hiring a Production Manager to lead sub-assembly and final assembly operations for a multi-line production facility.
About the RoleYou’ll own the Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement agenda - driving DFT methodologies, KPI performance, and plant linearity while developing Area Leaders and building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities- Lead sub-assembly and final assembly operations.
- Drive Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement agenda.
- Implement DFT methodologies and KPI performance.
- Develop Area Leaders and build a high-performing team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years in manufacturing, with 5-7 years leading teams.
- Experience running mixed-model assembly operations.
- A bias for solving problems on the floor, not just in meetings.
