Starting Pay: $24.05/per hour, plus $1.25/per hour for 2nd shift differential
Available Shifts:
- 2nd:
Monday - Friday, 2:45 PM - 10:55 PM (training period on 1st shift)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate a manual spray gun to apply adhesion promoters, basecoats, and clear coats.
- Monitor parts and adjust spray patterns as needed.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other painters.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is in proper condition.
- Perform additional finishing tasks as needed, including wet sanding, polishing, and parts hanging.
- Ability to operate spray gun for entire shift
- Able to wear breathable air hood
- No known allergies or adverse reactions to paint, solvents, Tyvek or Latex
- Operation of production equipment and tools within standard operating procedures while maintaining quality output
- Work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, and be self-motivated
