Press Brake Operator

Candidates with experience in welding, assembly, machining, construction, or warehouse operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and production layouts
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product specifications
- Select and load proper tooling, dies, and materials for each job
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot defects or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Communicate material, tooling, and supply needs
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Support teammates in various manufacturing, assembly, and production tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of recent employment in your previous role
- 1+ year of press brake operation experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude; comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations
- Experience as a welder, machinist, machine operator, or forklift operator is a plus
- Fabrication or welding experience highly beneficial
