The Laser Operator is responsible for loading the proper material and programs into the machine and to ensure that the machine is cutting properly while ensuring all procedures and company policies are being followed.
Shift:Friday-Sunday 4:30AM-3PM. Work 36 hours but get paid for 40 hours with differential! TRAINING ON FIRST SHIFT until objectives are met Monday-Thursday 5:30AM-4PM with mandatory OT when applicable.
Pay Range:$21/hr.
The following duties will be required but not limited to:- Follow machine schedule objectives given by supervisor to ensure production goals are met each day.
- Set-up and inspect part in each cell.
- Troubleshoot automation errors both mechanical and program related.
- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance as necessary.
- Work in material handling software as well as WIP and raw material locations.
Forklift experience and at least two years of general manufacturing/production experience required. Laser operating experience is preferred.
