An Industrial Mechanic Utility position is responsible for has been created to completing some basic Industrial Mechanic maintenance activities. The intent of this position is to develop associates to become full-time Industrial Mechanic.

Responsibilities will include:

• Plant Oiling of Equipment
• Pull Oil Samples
• Painting
• Forklift Driver
• Preventative Maintenance on Dust Collectors
• Cut Production Cores
• Building of Creform products
• Simple Mechanical PM’s
• Hang things such as signs, phones, poster, brackets
• Floor Patching
• Fabrication of sheet-metal, steel & wood components
• Will assist/train with qualified Industrial Mechanics

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must be a team player
• Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts, both day & night shifts
• Must supply own basic set of tools
• Must be willing continuous education, to include college classes, learning from text books, videos, etc.
• Associates Degree preferred

• Starting Pay of $32.42per hour with the ability to get an additional $2.50 perhour with on-the-job training for welding certifications.
• $1.00 per hour night shift premium pay
