Production QC/QA, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Join our production team as a Senior Operator II and take the lead in operating and optimizing automated cell equipment. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality will directly impact our manufacturing success.
What will you do?- Set up, configure, and calibrate automated machinery to support efficient and high-quality production runs
- Operate and monitor equipment performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain optimal output
- Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure standards are consistently met
- Partner with maintenance teams and provide input on equipment upkeep and process enhancements
- Quality Control & Inspection — intermediate level; performing inspections and ensuring output meets production standards
- Total Productive Maintenance — intermediate level; conducting routine maintenance and coordinating with technical teams
- Influencing Skills — intermediate level; guiding team members and driving alignment on process improvements
- Drives for Results — intermediate level; maintaining focus on production targets and operational excellence
- Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring quality and reliability that meets internal and external expectations

Salary Range: $68k - $102K
