Job Description

Job Summary We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies, including product promotions and digital campaigns, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and Key Opinion Leaders. Monitor market trends, optimise performance, and ensure compliance with regulations to drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed marketing strategies: establish market share and prescription objectives, build brand plans, and formulate omnichannel product promotion strategies tailored to target audiences.
  • Lead product promotions: plan and execute promotional activities, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with creative agencies to enhance product visibility and awareness.
  • Monitor performance and campaign effectiveness: conduct root‑cause analysis for non‑compliance with KPIs, collect feedback, and make adjustments to promotional strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): build strong relationships with KOLs, plan scientific events, share brand insights, and ensure effective communication of brand values.
  • Ensure compliance: oversee marketing activities to ensure adherence to organisational policies and regional regulations while optimising processes.
  • Leverage digital tools and insights: apply digital marketing strategies such as SEO, e‑commerce platforms and social media campaigns to impact the consumer funnel and convert indicators into sales.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive evaluation: analyse customer needs, competitor activities and market trends to forecast opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Provide training and development: deliver training materials and workshops for sales teams, enhance marketing knowledge, and ensure alignment with brand strategies.
Qualifications

Educational qualification: Post‑graduation in sales/marketing. Graduation in science preferred.

Minimum work experience: 7+ years overall experience.
