Marketing Content Intern
Nelnet Diversified Services is looking for a Marketing Content Intern to support marketing and content efforts across its products and business lines. This part-time role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience in content development, social media, and strategy. The intern will help create and maintain content across print, web, email, and social channels, contribute to marketing campaign strategy, and will build foundational knowledge of Nelnet's products and business through direct collaboration with the Marketing Campaign Manager and business partners.
Responsibilities- Currently working toward a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Linked In and other social media platforms with specific understanding and experience with Linked In; experience with social media management or analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive in following direction.
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
