Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator

Nebraska Hematology Oncology (NHO), a physician-owned cancer care practice in Lincoln, NE, seeks a Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator to elevate our brand and community presence. This role plans and executes marketing campaigns, manages social media and digital content, supports events and outreach programs, and strengthens relationships with patients, providers, and community partners. Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, the coordinator ensures consistent messaging, supports patient education initiatives, and analyzes engagement metrics to refine strategies that support growth and patient-first care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and community outreach campaigns that support practice growth and patient education.
• Manage social media channels, website content, and email communications to maintain a consistent, patient-centered brand voice.
• Coordinate community events, health fairs, and sponsor ships, representing NHO with professionalism and empathy.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and patient-facing resources in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, referral partners, and media contacts.
• Track and analyze campaign, digital, and event performance metrics; report insights and recommend improvements.
• Ensure marketing and outreach activities align with NHO's mission, values, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support internal communication initiatives to promote staff engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
