As TELCOR enters an accelerated growth phase, our Marketing organization plays a central role in building the brand, sharpening our market position, and fuelling the systems that scale the business.
The Vice President of Corporate Communications is a key leadership role within TELCOR's Marketing organization, responsible for building and protecting the TELCOR brand as the company enters its next phase of accelerated growth. This role owns the strategy and execution across content marketing, media relations and PR, analyst relations, event marketing, internal communications, and social marketing. The VP will develop a unified voice for TELCOR in the healthcare technology, laboratory, and revenue cycle management markets, elevate the company's visibility among customers, prospects, industry analysts, and the media, and ensure employees across the organization stay informed and aligned as TELCOR scales.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Content Marketing
- Set the strategy and editorial calendar for TELCOR's thought leadership, blog, case studies, white papers, and other content that positions TELCOR as the authority in POC, RCM, and healthcare AI.
- Ensure content speaks credibly to TELCOR's core audiences — hospital and health system leaders, independent lab executives, and revenue cycle decision-makers.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product and solution positioning into compelling narrative content.
- Establish content governance, brand voice guidelines, and quality standards across the organization.
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare IT, laboratory, and business press and trade publications.
- Develop and execute a proactive PR strategy, including press releases, media pitches, bylines, and executive visibility campaigns.
- Serve as a company spokesperson and prepare other executives for media interviews and public appearances.
- Manage a crisis communications plan and act as the lead for reputation management issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare IT industry analysts and research firms relevant to TELCOR's markets.
- Own the strategy for briefings, inquiries, and analyst report inclusion (e.g., market landscape and vendor evaluation reports).
- Coordinate analyst input into product roadmap and go-to-market messaging, in partnership with Product and Sales leadership.
- Set the strategy for TELCOR's presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events, prioritizing investments that build brand and pipeline.
- Oversee planning and execution of flagship events, from customer conferences to executive round tables and sponsor ships.
- Partner with Sales and Demand Generation to ensure events convert to qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.
