About the Role ECC is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our marketing strategies to life. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, supporting day-to-day requests, and contributing to impactful projects that strengthen our brand and engagement. Responsibilities- Coordinate marketing activities such as:
- Trade show planning, preparation, and scheduling
- Compile and distribute lead lists from email campaigns
- Compile and distribute lead lists from trade shows
- Internal marketing assets including business cards and email signatures
- Marketing asset and promotional item orders
- Assisting with hosted events
- Compile, design, and distribute external and internal company newsletter
- Develop and generate company product news through newsletter content
- Develop, maintain, and update internal company website
- Develop, maintain, and update internal and external marketing documents
- Co-brand vendor materials to bolster marketing assets
- Assist with marketing support requests
- Complete individual projects as determined by the Marketing Manager as requests arise
- Expand, maintain, and optimize marketing contacts database
- An Associates/Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism (advertising/public relations), graphic design, or similar fields.
- Graphic design experience preferred but not required (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
