As a Creative Intern, you will join our Marketing Department’s dynamic Creative Team, contributing to design projects that span digital, print, and in-store experiences. You will gain hands‑on exposure to brand strategy, campaign execution, and collaborative design processes, while sharpening your technical skills and creative problem‑solving abilities. This position is for a Summer Internship in 2026, located at our Corporate office in Ridgeland, MS.

What You Will Do In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Produce graphics that align with the C Spire style guide and support company initiatives, positioning, and brand strategy.
• Deliver creative elements for digital and print marketing including HTML emails, social ads, digital banners, in-store displays, and sales collateral.
• Collaborate in team brainstorms, company-wide meetings, and contribute creative solutions when needed.
• Partner with internal departments to gather input for projects and assignments.
• Design informed by data and research to ensure effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
• Follow established Marketing Department processes while driving inventive creative approaches.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

In addition to that, we require:

• Active enrollment in an accredited college or university, as a junior, senior, or graduate student in good standing.
• Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field of study.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on an Apple Mac platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Animation or video design experience.
• A demonstrated comprehension of the full design process.
