Hospital Registered Nurse

Overview

The Dialysis Center of Lincoln is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Dialysis Team providing life-sustaining treatments to hospitalized patients.

Location:

Lincoln, NE. No dialysis experience required — new grads welcome! We provide 12 weeks of paid training (classroom + hands-on).

• Provide acute dialysis treatments (hemodialysis, CRRT, plasmapheresis).
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Operate dialysis equipment and respond to alarms/emergencies.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and providers.
• Document care and ensure infection control and patient safety.
• Delegate and support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

• Shifts start around 7:30 AM
• Typically 10-hour shifts
• Self-scheduling
• Rotating on-call
• Travel between contracted hospitals as needed

• Current RN license (Nebraska or compact state)
• BLS/CPR required
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
