About Aletheia Integrative Medical
Aletheia Integrative Medical exists outside the insurance system. We combine the rigor of traditional medicine with functional, holistic, and innovative approaches to deliver root-cause resolution and whole-person transformation — not holistic-only, not conventional-only, but the intentional integration of both, guided by clinical judgment and not trends.
We don’t do walk-in visits or episodic care. We partner with patients through long-term preventative pathways:
Direct Primary Care Membership and Integrative Medical Intensive programs that address the full picture — hormones and metabolic health, gut health and autoimmune regulation, cognitive function and neurological wellness, longevity and health-span optimization, and athletic performance and recovery.
Our patients are high-agency adults — leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals — who take their health seriously and expect a provider who does too.
What This Role Actually IsAs our Integrative Medicine Provider, you are the clinical cornerstone of Aletheia. You lead patient care, own the clinical decision-making process, and deliver the kind of medicine that most patients have never experienced — and that most providers have never had the environment to practice.
This is not a high-volume role. It is a high-depth role. You will spend real time with patients and build individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans rooted in a whole-person view.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive integrative medicine appointments, including intake, assessment, root-cause analysis, and care plan development.
