Eventide Senior Living - 3355 Orwell Street - Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence;
Follow through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan and documentation;
Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees;
Prepare, plate and serve meals, snacks and other foods and assist with dining room cleanup and housekeeping/laundry duties as needed;
Prepare and administer medications under RN direction (MA40) per policy and as ordered by physician
