Compensation:
Starting pay $51.336/hour plus a facility differential of $3.00/hour and shift differential up to $2.50/hour. Full‑time positions are 36 hours per week; on‑call/PRN positions require a minimum of 32 hours per month.
Shift schedule:
Full‑time workers perform evening and night shifts for three 12‑hour days per week, working every other weekend. On‑call/PRN workers are required to work at least 32 hours per month, including two weekend shifts, and must complete a three‑week orientation and four‑week job shadowing program within three months of starting.

Minimum qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license in Nebraska or authority under the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice in Nebraska. Consideration will be given to applicants within 90 days of completing their RN program or obtaining RN licensure.
Other requirements:
Minimum age 19 years; able to attend 3 weeks of day‑time orientation; capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60 lbs.; valid driver’s license or independent authorized transportation.
- Previous nursing experience is a plus, but we welcome passionate new graduates eager to learn.
