Eventide offers a competitive starting pay range of $36.00–$40.32 per hour for RNs and $29.00–$32.48 per hour for LPNs. Shift premiums and differentials are also available for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.

Qualifications- Minimum age 18.
- Successful completion of an RN or LPN course of study;
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - At least 6 months of experience as an RN or LPN (preferred).
- RN or LPN license in good standing in Nebraska or other Nurse Compact state; CPR required. Licenses and credentials must be current at the employee’s expense and must meet Eventide's vaccination requirements.
- Implements physician’s orders in accordance with Eventide policies and procedures, including receiving, recording, and following orders.
- Prepares, administers, or supervises medication and treatment administration as ordered by the physician and according to facility policies and procedures.
- Assesses and monitors seniors/clients for changes in physical, mental, and psychosocial status; reports changes promptly; records vital signs accurately.
- Observes and protects skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers.
- Completes procedures and documents results on the medical record in a timely manner.
- Provides direction to Med Aides and follows comprehensive care plans for each senior/client.
- Educates seniors/clients on self‑administration of medications; assists in teaching skills for home transition when applicable.
- Assists in writing and implementing comprehensive nursing plans of care and updating the plan as needed.
- Deliver the highest standard of nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure care aligns with Eventide policies and procedures.
- Assist Senior/client families as directed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support clinical protocols.
