Overview
Dialysis Center of Lincoln is seeking an Acute Registered Nurse (Dialysis) for Lincoln, NE. The Dialysis Center of Lincoln is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Dialysis Team providing life‑sustaining treatments to hospitalized patients. No dialysis experience required — new grads welcome! We provide 12 weeks of paid training (classroom + hands‑on).

WhatYou’ll Do
- Provide acute dialysis treatments (hemodialysis, CRRT, plasmapheresis)
- Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Operate dialysis equipment and respond to alarms/emergencies
- Collaborate with hospital staff and providers
- Document care and ensure infection control and patient safety
- Delegate and support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
- Shifts start around 7:30 AM
- Typically 10‑hour shifts
- Self‑scheduling
- Rotating on‑call
- Travel between contracted hospitals as needed
- Current RN license (Nebraska or compact state)
- BLS/CPR required
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills
- PTO starting day one
