Who Aletheia Is
Aletheia Integrative Medical exists outside the insurance system, combining the rigor of traditional medicine with functional, holistic, and innovative approaches to deliver root‑cause resolution and whole‑person transformation.
What This Role Actually IsAs an Integrative Medicine Provider, you are the clinical cornerstone of Aletheia. You lead patient care, own the clinical decision‑making process, and deliver individualized, evidence‑informed treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive integrative medicine appointments—including intake, assessment, root‑cause analysis, and care plan development.
- Order and interpret advanced functional labs, diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals.
- Develop individualized, evidence‑informed treatment plans across hormones, gut health, cognitive function, autoimmune regulation, longevity, and athletic recovery.
- Oversee and authorize IV infusion protocols and therapeutic treatment programs.
- Provide clinical direction and mentorship to the nursing and care coordination team, contributing to weekly team meetings and elevating overall performance.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols and patient programs, maintaining documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nebraska, in good standing.
- Clinical experience in primary care, functional medicine, or integrative health (strongly preferred).
- Genuine foundation in or serious pursuit of integrative and functional medicine principles.
- Root‑cause thinking: analyze full picture (labs, lifestyle, history, stress, sleep, gut, hormones) rather than stopping at a single test.
- Effective communication that builds trust and ensures patients leave with clear, confident plans.
- Leadership: elevate the team, set and maintain high standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: embrace AI, advanced diagnostics, new protocols, and emerging evidence.
Aletheia is a small, growing practice that values clinical excellence, operational ownership, and cultural fit. The right provider will thrive in an environment that requires freedom, depth, and the opportunity to practice medicine as it should be practiced.
This Is Not For You If- You are most comfortable in a large system with defined lanes and established protocols you didn’t help build.
- You are not ready to be the clinical leader responsible for setting and maintaining standards.
- You practice medicine primarily from symptom management rather than root‑cause resolution.
- You are looking for a role where operational involvement, team leadership, and culture are irrelevant.
- You are uncomfortable with new tools, new ideas, and constant improvement.
- Patients leave appointments with clear plans, confidence, and the sense of being truly heard.
- High treatment plan completion rates as patients understand and trust the plan.
- Improved patient vitality, wholeness, and freedom scores across the panel.
- Clinical team performs at a higher level due to your direction and standards.
- Clinical protocols and programs improve regularly through ongoing engagement.
- Aletheia’s reputation in Lincoln grows through solid outcomes and patient stories.
