Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU – Full Time, 36 hours/night shift – Saint Luke's East Hospital.
Supportive leadership team, Nursing Assistants, Intensivists, NP’s, Respiratory Therapy ra incentives for additional shifts.
Responsibilities- Function independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Coordinate the care of a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Delegate tasks appropriately.
- Identify hospital resources.
- Serve as a clinical resource for new employees.
- Demonstrate positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department.
- Less than 1 year applicable experience.
- Basic Life Support certification – American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Registered Nurse license.
